Concept
The project was centered around designing a commercial workplace situated adjacent to a heritage building. The pivotal success factor was a thorough understanding of the site. Leveraging the characteristic fabric surrounding the site, I strategically incorporated elements such as the shape of the heritage wall, warm tones of brick and cornice, and landmarks like chimneys and clocks. This meticulous integration of site-specific features allowed us to tailor the submission to not only showcase our design expertise but also demonstrate a deep understanding of the site itself.
